My passion for sport was nurtured from a young age where I enjoyed a range of team sports, horse riding skiing, cross country running - representing county for both lacrosse and sprinting.
My love of sports evolved into an appreciation and fascination of how the body functions, nutrition and personal health, leading me to obtain a degree in Sports Therapy, Health and Fitness (BSc), subsequently also qualifying as a Personal Trainer with a particular interest in corrective exercise programmes. I have gained knowledge and experience from working with rugby and football clubs, working in a chiropractic clinic in London and with my own private clients.
As a Sports Therapist I am enthusiastic about working with anyone who would like support with general day to day mobility and maintenance, those in need of a specific recovery and rehabilitation program, supporting your training goals through injury prevention and helping you avoid any aches and pains throughout.
I work with a range of clients, from those returning to exercise over many years, or needing to look after their body from a range of stresses outside of sport, through to competitive athletes.
I am passionate about working with people to break down the barriers they may face to exercise and movement; working with them to alleviate pain and discomfort, restore muscle function, optimise movement and on injury prevention and rehabilitation.
